Horses and Rural Outdoor Living!

Outdoor country living at its finest! The beautiful grass pastures are irrigated with a 10 horsepower electric pump for K-lines and irripods using the Boise/Kuna Irrigation District.  The pump is serviced every two years to keep it running smoothly. ​There is a bubbler filter that feeds into a 12" pipe, then it goes through the private bubbler and pump. Main line is on the east side, running underground east to west.  Waste water goes to the west pasture and the east pasture has the K-line sprinklers. The property get 3.75 acre feet per year. 4,200 feet of steel pipe fencing surrounds the property; 5 rail fencing with 4 rail pipe fence for the divider fencing. The rest of the fencing is pipe with horse no-climb wire fencing. 

There is also a 12’ x 16’ lawn and garden shed to keep all your gardening tools and supplies handy. The yard has underground sprinklers for easy yard maintenance. Home is serviced by its own private well that is 300' deep with water at about 160'.  Has great pressure.
